How easy was it for you to make the transition from Reading Area Community College to the management program at Alvernia?

Transferring from RACC was a smooth transition. Alvernia is committed to providing students with personalized attention and flexible classroom schedules that make it easy for me to pursue my studies.

You're with our graduate and adult education team. How much did they help you in the process?

They were really very helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns, even on their days off. And they responded very quickly.

How much are you enjoying your courses in the management program at Alvernia?

I am enjoying it because it has versatile subjects that teach me how to understand organizational behavior, motivate and influence others, and become a leader.

How helpful have your professors been in your management courses?

They were very nice to all students, and they provide extra explanations to us. They were very helpful.

I know you have a busy life. What advice would you give adults with similarly busy lives if they're considering continuing their education but aren’t sure they can do it?

As a mother with a part-time job, it was a challenge. But Alvernia offers different classes with different schedules that can suit my daily life. It was easy for me to make that decision.
