Program Structure and Topics (10 total hours)
- Tier 1 (2 hours of asynchronous training): Tier 1 focuses on basic knowledge, key terms and concepts around workplace culture and workplace dynamics. Tier 1 includes a pre-test and posttest to assess knowledge gained over the course.
- Tier 2 (4 hours of synchronous workshop(s)): Tier 2 consists of synchronous advanced training (in-person or virtual based on client’s desire and availability of trainer) that dives deeper into promoting vibrant workplaces through effective communication, supportive mentorship between employees, and the integration of health and wellbeing into planning and operations.
